Secretary

Kirsteen Sanders

Kirsteen failed to step back quick enough and found herself Training Officer. She learned to dive in 2004 so she wouldn’t have to snorkel while her husband dived the Red Sea. Since then she has been lucky enough to have visited the Red Sea, Malta, Antigua, Scapa Flow, the North Sea and Cornwall, not to mention local quarries, lakes and rivers. She is an Oxygen Administrator, Boat Handler, VHF Operator and Theory Instructor.

She enjoys helping people to learn to dive and helping new divers develop further. Her remit is to present divers with the opportunities to progress their diving and gain the qualifications they want to do. Fortunately, she is backed up by an excellent team of Instructors and Assistant Instructors who are all knowledgeable and eager to introduce new people to diving.

She is addicted to being in the water and has dived both on New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve and many days in between.
